Kolts Secure Victory with a 3-1 Win over Norwest FC
In an exhilarating encounter, our Men's Premier League First Grade emerged victorious with a 3-1 win over Norwest Football Club. The match, held in an electrifying atmosphere at Valentines Sports Park in the Match of the Round, showcased the team's skill and determination.
The game started with a bang as Kolts Captain Liam Lawler swiftly found the back of the net in the 5th minute, giving his team an early lead. The goal injected confidence into the Kolts' players, who maintained their dominance throughout the first half.
As the game progressed, both teams fought valiantly for control of the midfield. However, it was Hamish Callaghan who made his presence felt in the 40th minute, scoring a superb goal to put the Kolts back in front 2-1.
In the second half, the Kolts continued their relentless attacking display. Aokn Maroo showcased his skills in the 64th minute, netting the third goal for Kolts. The goal put the match beyond Norwest FC's reach and effectively sealed the victory for the Kolts.

The match between Kellyville Kolts Men's Premier League Reserve Grade and Norwest Football Club was nothing short of a spectacle, ending in a thrilling 3-3 draw. In the 35th minute, Hayden Laurence found the back of the net with a well-placed shot, levelling the scoreline and injecting new life into the Kolts' side.
Despite their equaliser, the Kolts faced adversity when Norwest FC regained their lead in the second half. However, the resilience of the Kolts shone through once again. In the 60th minute, Hayden Laurence displayed his prowess in front of goal once more, scoring his second goal of the match to bring the Kolts back on level terms.
As the game entered its final stages, it was Thierry Huet who stepped up for Kellyville Kolts, delivering a crucial goal in the 66th minute. Huet's composure and clinical finish levelled the scores again.

The PYL team enjoyed a week off this week, they now focus on next week’s top of the ladder clash versus Rouse Hill Rams.
The WPL competition took a break over the King’s Birthday weekend, but they are back in action next week when they travel to Harvey Park to take on Marayong.
