Junior Presentation Day 8th September

‍WHAT TO EXPECT ON THE DAY

A huge afternoon filled with trophy celebrations, rides, food trucks, football, raffles and entertainment! Rides are operating from 1-5pm and the face painter will be there from 1-4. Be sure to bring your picnic rug and enjoy some pizza and doughnuts while you celebrate the success of the 2024 season and wait for the 7pm fireworks!

TEAM INSTRUCTIONS

* Arrive at least 20 minutes before your age group trophy time to be marshalled. We cannot wait for latecomers and will be running as close to the schedule as possible.

* ​Upon marshalling, the coach will be given the box of trophies to distribute to the team prior to the presentation. When your team is called, you will guide the team on the stage with the trophies (distribute your 2x special trophies where applicable) and make a brief speech.

*Each team will have a maximum of 3 minutes on stage to make a speech and take photos.

* The stage and marshalling will be on field 1 (near the carpark), there will; be a committee around to help usher you to the right place.

*Rides and entertainment will be on the back grass fields, feel free to byo picnic rugs and food/drink and claim a space on the grass to spend the afternoon!!

* Football activities on the synthetic grass running all day

*Each team manager is to go to the canteen and sign off for a loaf of bread to distribute to their players for a FREE sausage sizzle (players only, 1 per person).

*There will be a schedule for teams to help on the BBQ throughout the day, this will be released soon and is it IMPORTANT that each team commits to this.
