Female Football Week 2024 Wrap Up

Female Football week wrapped up over the weekend, although the weather on Saturday wasn’t helpful. Which resulted in the closure of some fields and the wash out of some games on Sunday, we did get some great games in on Sunday. It was a great way to celebrate all the Mums and Mother figures and wonderful way to wrap up Female Football Week.

Here are some of the teams in action over the weekend from a wet and soggy Friday night to a glorious sunny Sunday afternoon which saw our Women’s Premier League walk out to the pitch escorted by their mums.

For the Mum’s and mother figures that celebrated Mother’s Day at Bernie Mullane we hope you enjoyed the football on the pitch and we hope you enjoyed the roses off the pitch.
